What to expect at your appointment
Every areola restoration appointment is fully customized. Here's how Lindsay guides you through the process from start to finish.
Consultation & connection
Before anything else, we take time to get to know each other. Lindsay wants to understand your journey, your goals, and what you're hoping to feel when this is done. Your comfort and confidence in her are the foundation of everything.
Expert-guided design
Drawing on years of specialized training and artistic expertise, Lindsay guides you through the design — shape, size, color, and placement — taking your preferences and personal vision into account to arrive at a result that feels authentically yours.
Your session
Working carefully and at a pace that keeps you comfortable, Lindsay performs the tattoo with precision and artistry. She checks in throughout the process and brings her full expertise to every detail of the work.
Aftercare & healing
Before you leave, Lindsay provides full aftercare instructions along with everything you need to care for your tattoo at home as it heals. She remains available for questions throughout your healing process — you are never left to navigate this alone.
Your touch-up session
At 8 to 12 weeks after your initial session, you'll return for a follow-up appointment. This gives Lindsay the opportunity to assess how your skin healed, add additional detail and shading to deepen the realism, and make any refinements that will take your result from great to exceptional.

A chance to see it before it's permanent.
For clients who want extra time and peace of mind before their full session — whether you're nervous, unsure of what you're envisioning, or simply want to spend more time with Lindsay before committing — we offer an optional Pre-Draw Appointment.
During this 45-minute session, Lindsay takes measurements, creates custom color swatches, and produces a hand-drawn preview of your design. A temporary tattoo is then applied so you can see exactly what the result will look like on your body before any permanent work is done.
Think of it as a chance to experience the process, build confidence in the design, and arrive at your full session feeling completely prepared. The cost of the Pre-Draw Appointment is applied in full toward your tattoo service.

Triple certified. Trained by the best.
We are one of the few triple-certified areola restoration specialists in the Phoenix metro area — trained through two of the most respected paramedical tattoo educators in the country. The level of training Lindsay brings to this work is rare, and it is entirely intentional.
Insurance Reimbursement
You may be entitled to reimbursement.
Under the Women's Health and Cancer Rights Act (WHCRA), insurance plans that cover mastectomies are required to also cover areola tattooing as part of breast reconstruction.
While we are not a direct insurance biller — you pay us directly — we provide complimentary reimbursement documentation and guidance to help you navigate the process and submit to your insurance provider with everything you need.
We want this to be as accessible as possible for every client who needs it. If you have questions about the reimbursement process, please don't hesitate to ask during your consultation.
